Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of quadromatanzas.com and the enquiries and bookings you make directly with Quadro Matanzas, operated by Asesorías Inversiones e Inmobiliaria RNR Limitada (Chilean tax ID 76.300.038-9).

1. Use of the site

The site is for information. Its texts, photos and design belong to Quadro Matanzas or their authors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Some photos carry their author's credit.

2. Enquiries and bookings

• Sending an enquiry through the form, WhatsApp or email is not a booking. Your booking is confirmed when we confirm it in writing and receive the agreed payment.
• The rate, check-in and check-out times, payment and cancellation terms and house rules are given to you when we confirm your booking, and form part of this agreement.
• Bookings made through Booking.com or Airbnb follow that platform's terms.

3. During your stay

• Please respect each cabin's capacity: up to 6 people in Onda and Sabbia, and up to 4 in Sole and Vento.
• Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the cabin or its equipment.
• Please look after the surroundings and respect the peace of other guests and neighbours.

4. Information, prices and third parties

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. Local activities (kite, surf, paragliding, horse riding, restaurants and others) are offered by third parties, who are responsible for their services. Links to other sites are for information only.

5. Your data

We use your data as explained in our privacy policy.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Chilean law, without prejudice to your rights under Chilean consumer protection law (Law 19,496).
